This little girl's eye looks a little better today.  Look at the photo just above this one, same doll in a different dress.  Her eye looks really "sick" in that picture, but now in this new picture, she feels better with the extra attention and she feels a slight uplift in her mood it seems, funny thing, how her eye looks better in this picture.  She just looks happier in this new dress.
