American Baby Boomers number around 78 million.  Many of us born after World War II from 1946 to 1964 are already in our 50s.  In the year of 2007 Baby Boomers are redefining lifestyles, ideas, products, services and attitudes.  Many of us are actively pursuing anti-aging with yoga, weight-lifting, gym memberships, running and walking routines.  Many boomers are grandparents and are teaching our children and grandchildren through our good examples.  We are researching relationships, learning more about ourselves, our needs and our lifestyles.  Romance gets a new look as we strive to maintain muscle and bone mass, ideal weight and make good nutrition choices. 

I am a baby boomer experiencing all these things personally.  At the age of 17, I did not think I would ever reach the age of 51.  At that time it seemed like just being 40 was soooo old.  Now, most of the time, I feel better than I did at the age of 17.  I do not feel soooo old at all.   I have all those years of experience in between.  I am actually more relaxed and often feel as though I have just begun to live.  As I work to keep myself informed, I will keep you informed.  Bookmark us to return later.  This web site is growing and will always be a work in progress....just like all the baby boomers......we are all still growing.......and are all works in progress.......
