Caribbean Coffee Recipe

• 1 cup ground coffee (medium ground, dark roast)
• 1 1/4 cups boiling water

To prepare coffee extract place coffee in coffee drip basket.  Add boiling water 1/4 cup at a time.  Let drip slowly until all water is added.  Store coffee essence in a glass jar with seal-tight lid.  Refrigerage and use when desired.
